CGI of internal perspective of atrium space

The site is located within the heart of the city with a population over 1.5million inhabitants.

The context is characterized by low rise buildings set within a suburban scale.

Option 1 provides a form which has an organic feel to its context. The fluidity and transparency of the envelope creates a ‘beacon’ to draw people into the building.

The main internal space is dominated by an overwhelming ‘cathedral like’ space for people to shop, eat, work and relax.

• The interior boasts lofty multiple floor clear height that crates an airy grace to the spaces.
