Project comprised the development of a brownfield site in the London Borough of Hackney for a mixed use scheme incorporating 10 no. one bedroom special needs flats and a housing support office for Ujima Housing Association, 10 no. one bedroom general needs flats and offices for Lien Viet Housing Association, and a nursery.

The objective was to design a contemporary building which would reflect the scale of the existing buildings around the site but provide a much needed contrast and surprise in this area.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
