The scheme is developed as a partnership between a developer and a housing association.
The emphasis is on high quality sustainable project providing social housing and housing for sale without differentiating external finishes.
The scheme incorporates 10% renewable energy, green roofs, permeable paving and intensive landscaping.
Most of the balconies are facing south for optimum outdoor use. Balcony railing in part metal grill and part cedar panels provide interest and privacy to the users.
