This scheme involves the conversion of twelve four storey's tenement dwellings on Hanbury Street, London.
The work entails rebuilding and conversions of Dutch gables, reroofing, renewal of windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms and restoring of original stone works.
The work was carried out on an extremely restricted site and to a high standard with complex façade restored to its original conditions.
Ankur Architects involvement on the project was from inception to completion. The project was completed within budget and on time.
