LUDHIANA INDIA SCHEME 2
The ambition of the development is to create an active hub for people to shop, eat, relax and work.
The ground floor approach forms an extension of the street, drawing people into an environment which is both vibrant and interactive.
The ‘umbrella’ structure provides a sustainable solution to challenges of the intensive heat and monsoon seasons. Rain water harvesting is collected and channeled into the base of the building and heat is shaded by the translucent structure.
