Mixed Use Community, Commercial and Residential Scheme in West London.
The scheme comprises development of a site currently occupied by a shopping parade and offices. The proposed mixed use development will provide shops, community space, head office for a housing association and 75 flats. The site is in a town centre, close to public transport nodes. It is at the junction of a High Road forking off into two roads and provides an opportunity for a landmark development.
